Refunds and cancellation

Free trials
The checkout screen shows the trial duration, first charge date and renewal price. Cancel through the same service used to start the trial before it ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Website subscriptions are managed through the Unfenced billing portal. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS or Android app must be managed through the user’s Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Mobile-app refunds
Apple and Google process mobile-app charges and control refund decisions for purchases made through their stores. Request a refund through the store that processed the transaction. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
One-off reports
A one-off report is a dated digital product prepared for the countries selected at purchase. If the report cannot be generated or is materially different from what the checkout described, contact support. Once a personalized report has been made available, refunds may be limited where the law permits, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact support promptly with the date and amount of the charge. Do not send complete card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Stripe may request additional information through its secure systems.
