Refunds and cancellation

Free trials
The checkout screen shows the trial duration, first charge date and renewal price. Cancel through your account before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds are not automatic, except where required by law or where Unfenced confirms a service failure.
One-off reports
A one-off report is a dated digital product prepared for the countries selected at purchase. If the report cannot be generated or is materially different from what the checkout described, contact support. Once a personalized report has been made available, refunds may be limited where the law permits, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact support promptly with the date and amount of the charge. Do not send complete card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Stripe may request additional information through its secure systems.
