Terms of use
Last updated August 26, 2026
These terms govern use of Unfenced. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Research, not professional advice
Unfenced provides general research and planning tools. It is not a law firm, immigration adviser, tax adviser, financial adviser or healthcare provider. Eligibility indicators, costs, timelines and reminders are estimates or summaries, not guarantees. Confirm important decisions with the responsible government authority and an appropriately qualified professional.
Your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account and for checking that saved deadlines and personal details remain accurate.
Subscriptions, trials and reports
Prices, billing frequency and the first charge date are shown before checkout. A trial converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the displayed trial end. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. One-off reports are dated snapshots and do not include future updates unless explicitly stated.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe access controls, scrape or republish the dataset at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, advertise undisclosed referral services or promise guaranteed immigration outcomes. Community information reflects individual experience and must not be presented as an official rule.
Availability and changes
Countries, pathways, features and prices may change. Unfenced may correct errors, suspend unsafe content and discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, non-payment or serious breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Unfenced interface, original writing, organization and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Government facts and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unfenced is not responsible for government decisions, missed appointments, professional fees, travel losses, tax outcomes or actions taken solely from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing terms
The governing-law jurisdiction must be confirmed before public launch; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where required.
Contact
A public support email must be configured before launch.
